Mary, Hannah and Nick have all served in various leadership roles within the local Church in KC for several years but how cool is it that the gang got connected because of the online MC community?! ?? The relationships established through Metanoia Catholic, especially between those participating in Catholic Coaching Certification, really are extrememly lifegiving + how much sweeter when we can move offline and share the impact with those in beautiful, incarnational way?! ??

Certified Catholic Coaches Joan Jackson Zadroga and Hazel Aillo Joan Zadroga are celebrating a big win! Last month, Joan and Hazel hosted their first in-person Temperaments Workshop at a parish in Parsippany, NJ. Thanks to a previous relationship with the Metanoia Catholic team, the parish reached out to these coaches in the area! There were 16 participants at the event hosted by Adoration Chapel Ministry. Here is what some of the participants had to share about their experience: “It was very well received! The Holy Spirit really wanted this for His people and is evident that God has blessed us all.” "It was very illuminating and hopefully we can follow up. We learned a lot and it is all very useful in our lives." Joan and Hazel also commented that the ministry are interested to know what other workshops we can facilitate to the group next! Well done, ladies!!

A joyful and surprising #MetanoiaMeetup for Michelle and Jean at a weekend retreat at St. Joseph's in Springfield, Nebraska! Michelle hosted the retreat, leading a group of women through 3 different Metanoia Catholic-inspired workshops last weekend. Jean noted that "it was a life changing retreat for all participants! Huge shout out to Michelle for living our her Unique Call to Sanctity and the Holy Spirit for connecting us!" The best part for us? Seeing 2 coaches supporting and encouraging one another in their appointed missions! ??

When you're in NOLA for a Catholic musicians' retreat, of course you have dinner with your long-distance coworker and her family! ?? A very special #MetanoiaMeetup with a handful of our team members and Resident Coaches.?? We are so grateful for this MC family!

HOW COOL IS THIS?! ?? A team of Certified Catholic Coaches gathered together for a beautiful weekend retreat + to collaborate + challenge one another + celebrate all that the Lord is doing in their lives and ministeries through Catholic coaching. Toronto, Florida, Pennsylvania and New Jersey in the house! What a gift to grow in such rich relationships with one another through this amazing MC community. Thank you, Jesus!

Can we get a big round of applause for all of our new coaches-in-training who just completed their first week of certification?!!! ?? Anyone who has ever pursued a dream or calling knows that, oftentimes, getting started is the hardest part! You have to pull of the band aid and get real comoftable real fast about not knowing anything about what you are doing. But it is through vulnerability, patience and lots of trust -- in the process, and even more in the Holy Spirit -- that success begins to take shape! We love this cohort already and know that the Lord has big things ahead for this team!

Several weeks ago, Metanoia's dear friend (+Certified Catholic Coach) Lisa Canning hosted a retreat for a small group of women down in Ave Maria. Matt, Erin and Bryant crashed the party (just kidding!??) --- were invited to spend an evening with the ladies. It was extra special to spend some time with retreatant Heidi Kennedy who will begin Catholic Coaching Certification next week! ?? We are so excited for Heidi... and the other 65+ new coaches-in-training as they begin this exciting new endeavor! Please join us in praying for this CCC cohort. May the Lord open their minds and hearts in new ways through their participation in this course AND we ask for the graces to be extended to all of the future clients they will serve. ??
