Throwback photo from 1980s. Rod Childers and Greg Yuellig have been at MWG for over 40 years and are among a group of employees we call "the legends." We have over 15 employees with over 20 years of experience. We value their devotion to their craft, hard work, and contributions to MWG.

Congratulations to CJ Stroup and Shawn Hicks, our final Employees of the Month for 2024. CJ, one of our Laser Operators at the Pippin plant, went above and beyond by identifying an area in the plant that needed attention and took the initiative to improve it. He dedicated a few moments of downtime between projects to cleaning up the back lot, making it a more organized space for everyone as we prepared for year-end. His hard work, proactive attitude, and commitment to making a difference are appreciated! ? Shawn Hicks, a talented Welder at our North plant, took the lead on our Eco-Waste project, showing leadership and dedication to making a positive impact. His creative ideas for improving efficiency and quality inspire the team and drive success. Thanks to CJ and Shawn for their hard work!

Steve Adams and Aaron Borley were our October Employees of the Month. Steve, who works in our machining department at the Pippin plant, stepped up when the team faced personnel changes. He took the initiative to learn how to operate the RAS Up Down Center and folding machine, mastering both the software programming and the operation of the equipment. Despite taking on these new responsibilities, Steve also continued to excel in his existing duties. Aaron, at our North plant, has been instrumental in the success of MWG’s tinting department. He asks insightful questions, identifies potential issues, and ensures the team is aware of any supply shortages. Aaron leads by example, and his positive attitude greatly inspires his younger coworkers.

We had the opportunity to host more students from Butler Tech at our Fairfield facility and Harrison High School students from SOUTHWEST LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT at our Pippin location.
