MTI produces high quality gray iron, ductile iron, austempered ductile iron, and value-added machining for a variety of industries. Each facility has unique processes and capabilities that complement specific product families and specifications. Our corporate center also houses our Business Development Group which includes Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Product Engineering functions which work together seamlessly to provide innovative solutions to our customers’ needs. This structure provides a consistent MTI experience across all of our facilities. Our multiple plant locations help us ensure customer satisfaction. Our North American facilities are located in Auburn IN, Ravenna MI, and Three Rivers MI, Hillsdale, MI, and San Luís Potosí, MX. Our Corporate Center is also located in Auburn, IN.

Jackie was presented with this award by Cameron Nevins, Corporate VP Human Resources Operations. "Jackie has exemplified the Value of Spirit over the last year through various roles within MTI. Not only did he accept the daunting challenge of moving to Mexico in early 2023 to assist with and support operations at MTFS, but also willingly moved to Minnesota to assist NF during their last month(s). He also finally took on a new role at MTA as 3rd Shift Superintendent. In the various roles and locations, Jackie willingly worked on off-shifts, extended hours, and stepped up when called upon. He accepted any challenge thrown his way and always strived to do his best for both MTI and his fellow employees around him.
