Exciting news! ?? Gebhart Holdings has acquired the assets of Imperial Aluminum, located in Scottsboro, Alabama. The campus covers over 40 acres and has approximately 80 full-time employees. With impressive recycling capabilities of over 100 million pounds per year, its product capabilities include numerous aluminum alloys, zinc alloys, and aluminum de-ox cone.? This facility will be Metal Source’s first out-of-state acquisition. This purchase follows Metal Source’s 2023 acquisition of Bedford Recycling. Located in Bedford, IN and Mitchell, IN, these facilities include an auto shredder, chopping line, and other ferrous and nonferrous processing capabilities.
