COLD FORMING: Metal Forming Solutions specializes in tight radius and large radius cold forming (1″ to 4″ Diameter). We also provide bending to the Shell & Tube industries, 1/4″OD – 2″OD. Carbon, alloys and stainless materials are available. We can also provide cutting and beveling per customer specifications. HOT FORMING: Metal Forming Solutions manufactures to ASME/ASTM standards, short and long radius Butt-Weld fittings; starting at 1″ NPS through 6″ NPS with the ability to form specialized centers. Hot formed special radius, wall thickness, and diameter bends. Eccentric reducers, concentric reducers and transition nozzles.
