Chef Jondo shares “As a chef, we like to share the food that we create and I enjoy that I get to share food that I have an identity with. So, a while back, I started creating indigenous-inspired menus.” From fry bread to a duck confit with Wojapi sauce, Chef Jondo utilizes his culinary skills to connect with his colleagues, celebrate his heritage and open dialogue to learn more about each other. “There’s a lot of room to introduce people to new food ideas or stuff they haven't eaten before and it’s an educational opportunity.” Thank you Chef Jondo for putting such care into the food you create and building space for learning. ??#NativeAmericanHeritageMonth #LifeAtMeta
