In the heart of the Germantown neighborhood in Nashville, META recently closed on the refinancing of its Taylor Place mixed use project with an $80,000,000 loan provided by Bank of America's Private Bank division. The project includes two recently completed apartment projects, The Hamilton & Hume House, three adaptive reuse buildings totaling 86k SF, along with one newer built 18k SF office building. Onsite restaurants include 5th & Taylor and the Tailor Restaurant.

META Real Estate Partners provided an $80,000,000 construction loan for The Garten by Madison Communities, alongside their senior bank partner Bank of America Private Bank, via its structured finance program. Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group advised the borrower group, both of which have worked with META on previous loan executions. Credit investing remains a strength of META, along with its direct development executions.

Palmer House apartments, META's newest development delivery to the Huntsville market has now achieved 92% leased! Palmer House is located in the Town Madison mixed use community and adjacent to the home of the Rocket City Trash Pandas, a minor league baseball team with the best name going. Fun Fact, the Trash Pandas name is a reference to native area raccoons for their determination, ingenuity, and slang for their resemblance to the panda. Great performance by our onsite team to achieve this leasing milestone!
