I'm excited to announce my partnership with Humberto Sanchez on our new business venture MESH Construction, a construction management firm focusing on building multifamily and light commercial projects throughout the greater Milwaukee region, with a special emphasis on Milwaukee neighborhoods. I'm also excited to announce that after 2 years of hard work, Emem Group has successfully closed on our CDA Scattered Sites project. This project will bring 40 new units of quality affordable housing to the Midtown neighborhood in Milwaukee's central city, and we did it without a co-developer! Special thanks to the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity, and Teig Whaley-Smith of Community Development Advocates for partnering with us on this project.
