Merritt's Associate Director of Acquisitions, David Eisenman, presented the Beyond LA Development of the Year Award to Community Housing Works' Portola Senior. Congratulations, CHW! We were excited to see so many partners being recognized for their impactful work. Mercy Housing's Burbank Boulevard Senior Housing won the Senior Development of the Year award and is also a finalist for Affordable Housing Finance's Readers Choice Awards!
