This joint facility with Textron subsidiary Cessna features a hangar, warehouse, office, and support workshops. The Merriman Anderson team was honored to play an essential role in the renovation of the Sinclair Marriott Autograph in Downtown Fort Worth. This historic hotel is the first in the world to use PoE technology to power all of its lighting, resulting in an impressive 35% projected energy savings—making it a genuinely eco-friendly destination. The Sinclair combines luxury with stunning architecture and sophisticated interior design, featuring 164 guest rooms and a rooftop offering breathtaking views of downtown.
