A renovation on a 1938 historic home with a new contemporary wing featuring 17’-6” ceilings, a grand 8’ wide fireplace, and modern stucco and glass details, while preserving original scalloped moulding and pilasters.

A stunning 4,500 SF home in the Freedom Park neighborhood. Highlights include parapet walls, cast stone details, a pocketing glass door opening to outdoor living, a stunning 3-story vaulted foyer, and a graceful waterfall stair with a piano curve at the top.

Custom renovation of a mid-century modern home. Structure was originally a one-story ranch. The existing footprint was kept, and with the addition of new hipped roofs was converted to a contemporary 1.5 story residence. An exterior carport was converted to an outdoor bar/lounge area, and the interior was completely remodeled and updated.

Each corner of this condo is a masterpiece, thoughtfully designed to be a focal point.

This home is nestled in Foxcroft, a popular spot for race car enthusiasts like the owner. They wanted a 6-car garage on the ground floor and a larger, hidden garage for show cars, accessible via a Vasarri elevator. Although it's a spacious house, we designed it to appear cozy, resembling a 1.5-story home by extending the roof lines down at the sides. We've cleverly used landscaping to hide the full basement underneath. The exterior combines stacked stone, parged brick, and cast stone, topped off with mainly natural slate roofs.

We integrated a hipped roof and 1.5-story eaves, complemented by a recessed pueblo-style porch for a subtle, expansive design amidst smaller neighborhood homes.
