Our Portland team is digging in at HollywoodHUB, a 222-unit multifamily high rise, which just broke ground. In partnership with Walsh Construction Co. and BRIDGE Housing Corporation, this project is expected to be completed in February 2027. Rolling into the new year, our Spokane team is beginning work at the Falls Tower site. Lucas Hopson is managing this design-build project in partnership with Walker Construction, Inc. The 12-story building is expected to be completed in spring of 2026 and will have 36 luxury condominiums with great views throughout its 156,000 sq ft. Below is a sneak peek of the underground!

To wrap up 2024, our Portland team completed The Walden, a 46-unit multifamily building. Senior Project Manager, Vernon Lacey, worked on this design-build project with Walsh Construction Co. and Hacker to bring it to fruition. As the tallest building in Washougal, WA, it boasts EV chargers, 3-teir car stackers, and a rooftop deck with panoramic views. It’s also home to the first Uninterrupted Power System (UPS) of its kind in the area, which provides battery backup for the elevators instead of a generator. Thank you to the Walsh Construction Co. team for another successful partnership.?

Last week Hannah Simpson was recognized as a Phenom at Daily Journal of Commerce Oregon’s Phenoms & Icons award event for her impact on the construction industry. Hannah brings a new perspective to the old way of doing things and has successfully managed a variety of project types from TI spaces at the new PDX terminal to large college renovations. Check out our Spokane crew’s completed Mister Car Wash in partnership with Yost Gallagher Construction. This project included lots of motor controls, precise layouts, and electrical in the CMU (concrete masonry unit) walls. Sometimes the details aren’t always visible in a finished building.
