Teacher training programs have largely been training teachers for 20th century roles. Guiding students, not teaching to a test, is the sustainable path for educators in the 21st century and beyond. Meridian is happy to be a pioneer in the grassroots movement to evolve institutions beyond gatekeeping, schools beyond standards and teachers beyond self-limiting ideas.
