MercyOne is breaking barriers to medication access! Our outpatient pharmacies in Des Moines have partnered with SafeNet Rx to help patients overcome cost barriers to medication adherence. SafeNet Rx collects donated, unused medications and distributes them free of charge. Through this partnership, patients at MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center primary care locations are screened for medication insecurity, and our pharmacy teams work diligently to ensure they receive the medications they need.
