??Green Hope Recognizes Mattéo Milesi as a Sustainability Hero! When Matteo learned about Energy Scorecards (ESC), he used the dashboard to investigate water data at properties. He took a deeper look and noticed several properties had unusual and increasing water usage. He decided to bring his concerns to property staff to develop an action plan including dye testing, reaching out to utility companies, and addressing irrigation issues with landscapers. The dye testing immediately identified toilets with faulty flappers and leaks which were fixed. Matteo observed impressive water savings at these properties in ESC and shared the exciting results with property staff and other colleagues. By using the data and tools at his disposal, he has helped to reduce water usage and brought significant financial savings to eight properties.
