We'll explore the specific types of support needed based on youth participation—whether it's offering a “seat at our table” or empowering youth to create their own spaces. Last night’s Women's Coaching Alliance event was fantastic. Listening to the amazing Jess Smith of the Golden State Valkyries and Carrie Owen Plietz President of Kaiser Permanente Northern California, led by Zena Keita, MSM was such a powerful experience. We are excited to begin training all the wonderful coaches and mentors with #WCA and we were just as excited to see the new head of community for the #valkyries Veronne J. Clark, MPS she is a force and will lead an incredible body of work for the WNBA (Women's National Basketball Association) #mentoringamplifies #womencoaches
