The Mental Mixology podcast is here to share knowledge on how to take control of your mental health on a daily basis.

关于我们

Mental illness, a disease 1 in 5 adults experience, yet there is no true cure. Expensive therapy and/or prescription drugs is not an ideal fix for many, so we created Mental Health Happy Hour. Each episode will focus on a specific mental health topic, how real people are effected by this, & overcome these obstacles in every day life. Not enough people are talking about the raw honest truth in dealing with mental illness. Reaching one person at a time, we plan on making this a real conversation to give people the comfort of not feeling alone in this constant uphill battle many of us deal with.
