Grateful for the Brotherhood and Lessons from SLA Today, I had the incredible opportunity to attend another Saturday Lead Academy (SLA) session with other members of the Collegiate 100 Of Howard University and members of the 100 Black Men of Greater Washington, D.C. I’m constantly inspired by the mentorship and wisdom shared in this community. At this session, I met Martin Weldon who introduced us to Bo Menkiti, Founder & CEO of The Menkiti Group . He shared his 3 P’s for Success: ? Passion – Be deeply passionate about what you do. ? Purpose – Your purpose can be discovered at any time but should drive your actions. ? People – Surround yourself with great people and uplift those around you. Mr. Menkiti’s words really resonated—success isn’t just about personal growth; it’s about elevating others, too. Exciting news! ? We are thrilled to announce the closing of 204 Main Street in Worcester, MA, on February 4th, 2025. The historic Kane Building will be transformed into 20 units of workforce housing and is sure to play a vital role in the continued growth of downtown Worcester. The transit-oriented development will also include an expanded ground floor retail space, bringing new economic opportunities to local businesses and entrepreneurs looking to plant their roots in the downtown community. Thank you to the City of Worcester for partnering with us on this transformative project, including?City Manager Eric Batista and?Chief Development Officer?Peter Dunn.
