5:30 am flight home to Colorado and I am ready to be HOME and get some needed R&R! But first I have so many people to thank for a week FULL of inspiration, connection and just a smidge of fun and adventure ??
Filled with gratitude and a little brain fog, I want to try to recognize everyone who made this week meaningful and memorable.
*The Open Minds Team who work tirelessly behind the scenes: Nicole Javitt, Lauren Nunn, Erin Deppen, Benjamin Smith and the OPEN MINDS Circle experts who make my brain full with even more ideas and who are incredible partners to work with: Monica Oss, Paul M. Duck, Andrea Mander, MAS-PHM and Rick Rowley.
*My Omni Family of Services colleagues who are the best hype crew and make every day exciting: Eric Strickland, Dorothyanna Coffey, MS, Leslie Grass and ESPECIALLY Jane Wintz who was a terrific presentation partner.
*Our newest ESOP ?? family member: Shannon Litton and 5by5 - A Change Agency
*The ContinuumCloud team who invited me to participate in their Consortium and continue to work to meet our complex needs: Jim Madden and Bob Bates
* The Qualifacts Team who are invested in our success and hosted our 2nd “Gal-entine’s Dinner with Jack”: Michelle Raczynski.
*The 5 Element Analytics Team who continue to help us tell the Omni story through data: Rich Daly and Alex Pelaez, Ph.D.
*The mend team who threw a killer launch party and allowed me to be the example of how their platform can help orgs engage, manage and even create. There is no way to express how much joy it brought me: David Henderson, Ashley Morrell, Geoff Gibson and the entire mend team who are the kindest folks around.
*The Alera Team envisioning innovative opportunities: Mike Rhoades, Don Fowls, Leesa Bain, Deb Aldridge MSN, RN, Kye Gardner, SHRM-CP and the Quality Queen, Jaimica Wilkins, MBA, CPHQ, ICP, CLSSYB.
*Wonderful colleagues doing important work to improve lives: Amber Bullis and Ernst Ducasse with Limbic, Harry Williams at Greenspace, Matt Kresic and Nikunj Patel at Kadence Care, Rob Edwards at Homeward Bound Inc., Tony Glebe and my elementary school alum, Jodi Harding at Talbert House.
I’m sure I’m missing so many more people who made the week inspiring. Thank you to everyone who introduced yourself, allowed me to ask questions and didn’t judge me for my Coke Zero addiction.
….and now I shall take a loooong nap ??
Until next time, friends!! ??
