Life happens. Sometimes the things we experience in life are a bit too much to handle on our own, a bit too personal to talk to friends about, and a bit too complicated to rely on self-help gurus. This is where I come into the picture. My goal is to help people work through some things that may be hindering them from becoming the best version of themselves that they can be. Counseling sessions can be held via telehealth or in office at the discretion of the insurance and therapist.
