??? At the festive Dickens on the Strand, our team at Mend Collaborative proudly joined Vision Galveston to connect with the community and shape the future of this cherished isle. Five years ago, the 2019 Vision Galveston plan set forth five guiding principles. Now, it’s time to hear from the community again to ensure our efforts reflect the needs and dreams of all who call Galveston home—or enjoy its many splendors. ?? The community voice lights the way for progress, making Galveston a thriving place to live, work, and visit. The Vision Galveston crew will keep engagement going into 2025! The 2024 TX APA award luncheon took place last week at the statewide conference in Allen! Shout out to the City of Fort Worth and?Kimley-Horn?for being awarded gold for the East Berry Street Corridor Study in the Transportation Planning category! We’ve had the incredible opportunity to collaborate on this project and work on green stormwater infrastructure recommendations for the study area. The East Berry Corridor bisects multiple urban waterways and its eastern extent is Lake Arlington, a significant environmental amenity in the area. #transportationplanning #greenstormwaterinfrastructure?#apatx24 #urbanecology?#goldaward #plannersgonnaplan
