We recently hosted an "Executive Speed Networking" event at our headquarters in Neenah, Wisconsin, where our employees and executive leadership had the unique opportunity to connect, engage, and learn about each other. In honor of Black History Month, our Menasha Persons of Color Employee Resource Group, recently hosted a book club. The selected book was “Recitatif” by Toni Morrison, about two girls who meet in a children’s shelter and follows their journey through life. This event was an opportunity for employees from across the organization to come together virtually and discuss a story that makes us explore preconceived notions about race and ethnicity. #BlackHistoryMonth
