xNARA Hey everyone So I recently came across ! A big one! More than 500 Creators were part of this. The company/brand is xNARA So I got the Collaboration opportunity from this brand on 1 August 2023 and everything was confirmed on email. The payment duration was 90 days after getting live on social media platform (mine was Instagram). Everything went smooth. POC approved the reel and I posted it on 8th Sept 2023. So according to posting date I was hoping to get my payment around December 8th. So I followed up with my POC & she said she isn’t working there anymore & gave me few email IDs to directly contact with the brand about the payment and that’s what I did and then I got an email saying that the payout was "performance-based," a term not mentioned or agreed upon in any previous communications or contractual agreements. And then they stopped responding to my emails! This revelation has not only caused confusion but also significant financial strain and mental distress. xNARA POC: Muskan?
