Last week, I had the pleasure of moderating an exclusive executive roundtable dinner in partnership with?Microsoft at The Gidley in Sydney, featuring Microsoft’s Chief Communications Officer, Frank X. Shaw, as our special guest. The evening offered a unique platform for industry leaders to explore the future of communications and the transformative role of AI, guided by insights from a true industry icon. We were thrilled to bring together some of Australia's leading communications executives, with attendees from CommBank, BHP, IAG, University of Sydney, Blackmores, Worley, Novartis, Bunnings, Asahi, and Sydney Airport. Frank shared Microsoft's vision of how our collaboration will revolutionise communications by integrating our data and analytics with Microsoft’s enterprise technology stack - all accessible via natural language. The value of accessing real-time insights and empowering teams to make more informed decisions was clear throughout the discussion. The dinner rolled into Microsoft’s Copilot event the following day, where Frank showcased the latest developments in Meltwater Copilot - giving everyone a glimpse into the future of work.
