We’re thrilled to celebrate one of our clients' recent achievements – the completion and activation of a substantial solar field at their Michigan automotive manufacturing facility, which is now reaping the rewards of renewable energy. Melink Solar, in collaboration with NorthStar Clean Energy, was entrusted with the task of building this state-of-the-art solar array, a strong example of how strategic investments in sustainable energy can drive both environmental and operational benefits for forward-thinking companies. ? The project by the numbers: - 17,000 solar panels now powering the facility with clean energy - 9.95 megawatts of electricity generated—enough to power nearly 2,000 homes per day - 7,000+ metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions reduced annually ? This effort goes beyond reducing carbon footprints; it represents a commitment to the long-term trifecta of sustainability: Environmental, Financial, and Business Sustainability. We are celebrating the power of the sun today with families at the Cincinnati Observatory - a historic landmark and one of the world’s oldest operating observatories.
