5 Simple steps to get back into your routine (before it's too late) You went to bed at midnight and worked late... so you sleep through your alarm, miss the gym, skip breakfast, and rush to work. Blew it off. The next day it's the same. and the next day, and the next. Until suddenly you're in a rut...your days are reactive to whatever life throws at you. 99% of people waste time yet it's your most valuable resource -choosing the first/easiest/cheapest option (so you have to choose again) -hesitating making big decisions (hello perfectionism) -doing everything yourself (need to control) stop sabotaging your success do this instead: -write down your last 10 major decisions -review your list and ask "was this necessary?" -look for patterns in the decisions that weren't necessary -if you see a pattern emerge, write down what held you back -next time, you'll know what you need to eliminate to avoid it What holds you back the most?
