Last month saw the launch of Melbourne Storm's new school holiday initiative 'Storm Waka', supporting young people from Pasifika backgrounds throughout Melbourne. Across three days of workshops, participants immersed themselves in culture, connection and celebration. The Storm Waka program will take place each school holidays with three focus regions in Melbourne, including the south-eastern suburbs (Casey), northern suburbs (Hume) and western suburbs (Wyndham). Thanks to the Department of Education for partnering with us to make this possible!
