Prior to coming to Meissner, Isaac has experience working as a Property Administrator at Cushman and Wakefield, where he tracked vendor and tenant insurance, managed vendor service agreements, and did project management of the work order life cycle. Isaac has a Bachelor of Business Administration with dual majors in Real Estate and Finance from University of San Diego (USD) and is currently working towards his Masters in Science in Real Estate at USD as well. He’s well versed in property management software including Yardi, Nexus, Service Edge, and CoStar, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite. Isaac is also working towards his CA Real Estate License. ? Fun facts about Isaac: He loves running, traveling, and reading! Isaac has explored Europe, India, and Spain, where he studied abroad and considers his favorite destination; he’s planning a trip to Hong Kong next! He also has a keen interest in the stock market and reads books about it. We're excited to welcome Dustin Sutton, who has joined us as Strategic Account Manager! Dustin has over 18 years of experience in real estate and in the past few years has worked as a broker, during which he sourced deals and connected companies throughout the country. He has also worked for a tech firm and started his own real estate firm for brokerage and strategic account management throughout the country. Throughout his career, Dustin has been at the forefront of spearheading the creation of groundbreaking products, influential networking groups, and transformative services. His core strength lies in transforming ideas into revenue-generating enterprises. In the commercial real estate sector, he has successfully managed properties, acting as a crucial conduit between owners, tenants, and vendors. Dustin has a bachelor’s degree in communication and political science from the University of Delaware, as well as a certificate in artificial intelligence business strategies and applications. Fun facts about Dustin: He’s been taking on a variety of creative side projects! He hosts a podcast called "Tools, Talents, and Techniques" where he interviews high performing individuals about their journeys in their respective industries. Dustin also invented a wearable range finder and is actively building it himself. As you may also know, Dustin is President of Black Commercial Real Estate Network (BCREN), and in the last few years, turned it into a nonprofit and they are now at 1,200 members throughout the country. Say hi to Hunter Hajjar, who has joined us as our new Intern! ?? ? Hunter will be starting at Point Loma Nazarene University this Fall as a Business Major. He has 3 years of experience working as a Surf Camp manager and coach where he not only taught children and adults, but also trained new employees, operated camp schedules and equipment, and utilized his lifeguard skills. Hunter also volunteers with Surfing Madonna, assisting disabled athletes. He’s a dependable, trustworthy person who works well with others – we’re so excited to have you join us! ? Fun facts: Hunter enjoys snowboarding and freediving! He’s been snowboarding for 8 years and freediving for as long as he can remember. His favorite spot for freediving is Baja Mexico, where he catches all kinds of fish like Mahi Mahi and Tuna. As a former member of Varsity Rugby, Hunter’s also interested in sports and is a fan of the Seahawks. He has a 2 year old yellow lab named Gunner.?#welcomeaboard #commercialrealestate
