Big news for all you data quality nerds! We got our ISO 20252 certification!??? Not sure what that is? Basically, it’s a standard specifically for market researchers that lays out processes for running projects that are transparent, consistent, and error-free. Really, it helps hold us accountable to the way we want to run projects. It's been a ton of work, but we're super proud to be one of only four companies in the U.S. dual-certified in both ISO 20252 and ISO 27001! ?? ? At the end of the day, if we’re not delivering high quality data, nothing else matters. A huge shoutout to our Director of Data Operations, Christopher Foley, for making this accomplishment possible! Last week the whole team got together for our second official Back-to-Office (B2O) week—and we had a blast! A huge thanks to Manager of People Operations Stacey Hampton, SHRM-CP for all her hard work making the week a success! #MedSurvey #PeopleOperations #BackToOffice #B2O #MarketResearch
Last week was our second Back-to-Office (B2O) week at MedSurvey! We applied the feedback we received from our team after our last experience to make this time around even more of a success. And we had such a great week! ?? Here are a few changes we made based on lessons learned: ?? Instead of having separate team activities, we invited the entire company to Hellerick’s Adventure Farm for an afternoon of fun, including lunch, aerial adventure, mini-golf, a corn maze, and my personal favorite, the goats! ?? On the team dinner nights, we picked two locations so people could choose which was closer to them, so we had a mix of employees from across different teams at each restaurant. People commented on how great it was to switch it up and see less familiar faces! ?? We set up another designated quiet meeting space in the office to help with productivity. Everyone felt they had multiple workspace options throughout the day, which was super helpful for striking a balance between working and catching up. ?? We limited the number of people in the office per day to make sure there was enough space to work with less interruptions. It also helped ensure that if someone didn’t feel well, they felt comfortable staying home rather than bring germs into the office. This time we had a germ-free experience!
