I'm really proud of how our team has embraced the spirit of peer-to-peer learning. Instead of one "senior" teaching a set of "juniors", everybody becomes a expert in a certain niche, and is responsible for leveling up their teammates. As an open source company, we also "build in public", and we want to share our learnings with the broader community.
