MedMentor of Greater Cincinnati

MedMentor is the first and only organization in Cincinnati to positively impact the lives of children with any chronic/complex medical condition through peer mentorship. Youth are empowered through individualized guidance and support from a trained, professionally supported adult patient who's living with the same medical condition. Matches communicate and engage in both fun and educational activities on a regular basis.
