My name is Alicia Paddison, and I have been working with Medica for the past three months. In my role, I am responsible for member outreach for one of Medica's clients, aiming to achieve the highest percentage of member compliance with annual goals for HEDIS, IHA, Star Measures, and Annual Wellness Screenings. I am dedicated to ensuring healthy outcomes for our members by providing them with the necessary resources to achieve their health goals. Throughout my time at Medica, I have expanded my knowledge of various software programs and gained a deeper understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly regarding HEDIS compliance. Being part of a team that shares the same strong work ethic and genuine concern for the well-being of our members is what motivates me every day.
