What an incredible honor to see the #CHIME and #Mediant League of Women luncheon continue to thrive! I'm truly grateful to have been a part of this remarkable event in the past as a speaker, and it was a joy to see my merchandise, CAPT JANE, included this year. Our feature hat "I'm Speaking" symbolizes the strength, resilience, and unwavering voice of amazing women and their impacts on the world. The speakers Michelle Flemmings, MD and Tracey Touma, CHISL, CDH-L with Angela Maris, CAHIMS as the Moderator and host Sheree Mcfarland were nothing short of amazing. Their honesty and vulnerability in sharing their stories truly struck a chord and reminded all of us about the power of authenticity. Hearing them speak so openly not only resonated deeply but also created a space where everyone felt connected and inspired to keep pushing boundaries. Execution drives change, technology enables it. #HealthcareIT leaders aren’t selecting tools—they’re shaping how technology fits into patient care, security, and operations without disruption. This week’s conversations made one thing clear: execution determines impact. Whether it’s using #5G to support clinical workflows, improving #identitymanagement for provider access, or leveraging AI for patient engagement, success depends on how technology is integrated, supported, and sustained. Strategy, alignment, and skilled professionals turn innovation into tangible results. The next wave of transformation isn’t about what’s new—it’s about how organizations bring it to life.

Plug-and-play doesn’t exist in #healthcareIT. CLEAR and Epic are making patient identity verification more seamless, but adding a tool and making it function within a system are two different things. Patient access, #EpicSecurity, and #identitymanagement teams will feel the weight of execution. Training teams, securing workflows, and adapting call center operations all require planning, not reaction. The technology is here—whether it improves efficiency or creates friction depends on how well teams prepare.

Bringing in expertise is about more than hiring. Whether it’s meeting deadlines, adjusting to leadership changes, or managing stretched teams, there are clear moments when additional support becomes necessary. Leaders know when it’s time to bring in expertise, but what typically signals that need?

The #LeagueofWomen Luncheon, in partnership with CHIME exists because women continue to step in with purpose, share their insights, and champion one another.
