Just wrapped up the Entrepreneurial Marketing Certification from Harvard Business School Online! The course offered fresh perspective on positioning in crowded markets, building strong customer connections, and identifying the intersections of brand, pricing, and product that drive real value. It also emphasized the importance of experimentation and iteration—something I live by as a UX leader. Even more exciting: I’ve already been putting these skills to use by stepping in to support the marketing function at Mediafly—and this week, we launched a brand-new homepage! It’s always energizing to see strategy, design, and storytelling come together to shape how we show up to the world. Massive shoutout to the team for pulling this together with speed and style. Our Product and UX team wrapped up their strategic offsite today in Denver to solidify our product vision for 2025. This was the team's first chance to get together in person since Miles Nurse joined as CPO in October!
