关于我们
MedGlobal is a humanitarian charitable non-governmental organization that provides emergency response and health programs to build resilience among vulnerable communities around the world. Our health programs support victims of wars and disasters, refugees, internally displaced persons, and marginalized communities in disaster-affected and low-resource settings. MedGlobal was launched in 2017 by a diverse group of doctors, nurses, global health specialists, and humanitarians to address the health needs of the most vulnerable populations. MedGlobal partners with local communities to address their health priorities, builds resilience through training and education and deploys healthcare volunteers, and donates medical equipment, medications and supplies. MedGlobal field teams support local health programs for vulnerable populations in North and Latin America, Africa, MENA region, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Our growing field teams and partner organizations are supported by selfless volunteer nurses, and medical professionals of all specialties from 27 countries who embrace our mission.

MedGlobal was proud to be a co-organizer of the First National Forum "Women in Medicine: Professional Growth and Leadership," in Lviv, Ukraine. The event addressed key issues such as gender equality in medicine, reforms in medical education and healthcare, and the development of leadership skills, management competencies, and personal growth for both female and male medical professionals. The Forum united the medical community, highlighted the importance of gender equality, and provided valuable tools for driving meaningful change in the field. As Douglas Davis, MD, PhD ???? ???? aptly stated, “Ukrainian physicians do so much more with so much less than we do here in the West.” We were honored to support the resilience and leadership of Ukrainian medical professionals through this initiative. On October 13, the U.S. Secretaries of State and Defense issued a letter to Israel demanding progress within 30 days on concrete measures to reverse the deteriorating humanitarian conditions in Gaza. On the deadline for compliance, today, Tuesday, November 12, eight humanitarian organizations have released a scorecard assessing progress against these measures over the past 30 days, concluding that Israel has failed to comply with its ally’s demands – at enormous human cost for Palestinian civilians in Gaza. The facts are clear: the humanitarian situation in Gaza is now at its worst point since the war began in October 2023. We are calling on the U.S. government to make an immediate determination that Israel is in violation of its assurances under National Security Memorandum 20 (NSM-20) and Section 620i of the Foreign Assistance Act. https://lnkd.in/eP5w-pmH Refugees International Oxfam America Anera Save the Children International Norwegian Refugee Council CARE Mercy Corps

MedGlobal stands by this urgent statement from Rajaa Musleh, our Country Director of Gaza. We are deeply concerned for the safety of our colleagues, who are more than healthcare providers—they are lifelines. Their detention leaves a critical void in medical support. We call on the world to stand with us, demand their immediate release, and uphold international human rights laws.

MedGlobal calls on all to join us in urging the swift release of our detained staff in Gaza. These individuals embody the spirit of humanitarian aid—let their mission continue. #notatarget
