The Hard Truth About Healthcare’s Instability I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again—healthcare as an industry is fundamentally unstable. The infrastructure is crumbling ???, and misaligned incentives are embedded at every layer—from workforce development to clinical practice, operations, and beyond. This misalignment not only fails to create a sustainable system that delivers care equitably but also inhibits outcome-driven improvements ?? and efficient capital allocation with a measurable ROI on global health outcomes. What’s even more troubling is when bad actors—whether physicians or other industry players—publicly posture with false claims about their ethics while acting in predatory ways behind the scenes ??. When individuals contribute to further siloing, degradation of the profession, or self-serving behaviors that undermine healthcare’s future, I will not hesitate to call it out. The healthcare industry must be led by those who prioritize patient outcomes ????, ethical alignment, and a system that serves all who need it. The future of healthcare depends on leaders who understand that sustainability, accountability, and integrity are non-negotiable. It’s time for real change. #Healthcare #HealthcareInnovation #WorkforceDevelopment

TEDx Speaker : Conversation Starter: Thought Leader: How to Communicate the Long-term Benefits of Addressing Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). | Public Health | Social Impact | Toxic Stress | Neuroscience

?? ?????? ???????? ???????????? ???? ???????? ???? ?????????? ????????????. For years, I thought that voice kept me safe. It told me I’d fail, embarrass myself, or disappoint. When I learned about Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), everything changed. I realized my inner critic wasn’t my “protector”. It was an echo from my” past”, not my “present.” When I unpacked my story, I saw a pattern. The voice I trusted was actually holding me back. ACEs show us how early experiences shape our inner dialogue. That nagging self-doubt? It might not be your fault. It could be a response to old, unprocessed experiences. The best part? Awareness is the first step to healing. Fear of not being enough fades with self-compassion. Your inner critic is just an outdated story. Here’s how to start rewriting it: ?Name Your Inner Critic: Give it a funny name. ?Challenge the Narrative: Ask, “Is this really true?” ?Rewrite the Script: Swap “I’m not enough” with “I’m growing.” ?Celebrate Wins: Small wins build confidence over time. Understanding ACEs helps turn harshness into compassion. That’s why I’m excited to speak at the LifeHope 2025 Single Mom Summit on March 8th. ???????????? ???????? ?????????? ???? ???????? ???????????? ?????????????? ???????????? ??????????????. This summit offers inspiration, resources, and real mental health talks. If you’re a single mom needing community, join us! This event is FREE, but you must register. ??????????: ????????????????, ?????????? ??????, ??:???? ???? – ????:???? ???? ????????????: ?????????????????? ????????????, ????????????????, ???? Are you ready to move forward? Register now or share this post with someone who needs it! ??Link in the comments. You don’t have to let your inner critic lead. You deserve a kinder, more supportive inner voice.

NHS Cancer Doctor. We connect HealthTech Companies with Healthcare Professionals.

An entire generation of doctors have been sold a lie that medicine brings job security. For years, aspiring doctors were told that medicine was a safe career. That if they: Worked hard, Made sacrifices, and Dedicated their lives to the NHS, They would have a clear path to becoming consultants or GPs.? ???????? ?????? ?? ??????. In 2024, over 26,000 junior doctors applied for specialty training. The NHS only had space for around 9,000 of them. ?????? ???????? ???????? ????. Thousands of doctors—fully trained, ready to specialize, eager to serve—were turned away. Not because they weren’t good enough. Not because they didn’t meet the standards. But because the system didn’t have room for them.? ___________________________ We are seeing some of the ???????? ???????????? ?????????????????????? ???????????? in history:? ? - Internal Medicine (IMT): 6,273 applicants, 1,698 posts. - General Practice (GP): 15,036 applicants, 4,096 posts.?? - Clinical Radiology: 3,719 applicants, 312 posts. - Neurosurgery: 354 applicants, 18 posts. - Ophthalmology: 1,383 applicants, 96 posts. ?????? ?????? ???? ?????????????????????????? ??????????????. We don’t have enough GPs. We don’t have enough consultants. We are drowning in waiting lists. And yet, somehow, we are actively pushing thousands of doctors into career limbo.? Some take an "F3" year. Some take a dead end service job. Some leave the NHS altogether and go overseas. ???????? ??????’?? ???????? ???? ??????????????????—????’?? ?? ????????????????. ___________________________ If you’re a doctor who’s been caught in this mess—your anger is justified. If you’re a patient—this is why you can’t get an appointment. And if you’re in charge of NHS workforce planning, ???????????? ?????? ???????? ???????????? ????’?? ?????? ????????.

?? Redefining Healthcare, One Step at a Time Since 2016, I have been on a mission—methodically and systematically redesigning pathways, forging new connections, and laying the foundation for what would eventually become MedEd Cloud. This has been a massive undertaking, and it is only the beginning of a much larger movement to redefine and rebuild what the healthcare system is and what it represents. Along the way, I have fallen more times than I can count. But each time, there were incredible people who caught me, supported me, and believed in me—even when I struggled to believe in myself. ?? To every mentor, colleague, and friend who has been part of this journey, thank you. Your support has meant everything. With all the recent discussions, collaborations, and coordinated initiatives, I am truly honored to work alongside such brilliant and passionate individuals. ?? And now, after years of relentless effort, I am eager and excited to share that in the coming days, MedEd Cloud will be making some major announcements. ? Healthcare will never be the same. Stay tuned. #HealthcareInnovation ?? #MedTech ?? #MedicalEducation ??

Addiction Medicine & Osteopathic Family Medicine Doctor || Physician Recovery & Life Coach. Help your Loved One gain control over their substance abuse, build confidence, and reduce current substance use in 90 days.

I do things even with mistakes now. And I am proud of getting things out there more than I am worried about my imperfection. I encounter comments like this one from the past - that one word in a 100 word article has a typo. And this is after I spent time thinking about the article, writing the article, editing the article, designing the page, formatting everything to look amazing, publishing it, sharing it- basically a lot of work. I asked if they got the message in the article. Yes they did. Then I ask them if they want to help me next time so they can focus on writing their flawless perfectly spelled article. Responses come along the lines of: I would but I am busy. Busy with cleaning home, cooking, raising kids, working their W2 jobs. I produce my work after my W2 job of seeing 15+ patients a day, taking classes to keep growing, growing my 3 startups with 3-4 more brewing, writing manuscripts, volunteering at the mosque in leadership level, volunteering at online sobriety groups, managing volunteers and freelancers, networking with other entrepreneurs, appearing on podcasts, and still birthing more brain children. And I am raising 2 little ones (with intermittent sick days) with my husband, making sure to invest in our relationship. Yes I do laundry and cook too… but not daily or even weekly - but I get them done once a month. My house is a mess, and I am not above recruiting help. And I throw awesome parties - the type that is fun even when you are sober. So I am very proud of getting my article out with just a few typos. I got it out - not perfect, but a job well done. What the moral of the story is- get it done, get it out, and do it again. We are not here to gain people’s approval. We are here to live our purpose. So go transcend your limits that only you can. And live your purpose that only you can.

?? Fixing Healthcare from the Ground Up Over the years in the medical innovation space, I’ve witnessed something troubling: healthcare professionals with both an MBA and a physician credential making strategic decisions that not only compromised patient care but also their own long-term success. These weren’t just missteps—they were short-sighted moves that weakened the very system they were meant to strengthen. At MedEd Cloud, we are working to correct this. Our mission is to equip the next generation of healthcare professionals with the knowledge, foresight, and ethical grounding to ensure that our industry never falls into the same traps again. The future of healthcare depends on leaders who prioritize sustainable, patient-centered innovation over short-term gains. If this resonates with you—if you’re passionate about seeing real, meaningful change in healthcare—I invite you to connect with me. Let’s work together to build an ecosystem that fosters a better, more resilient healthcare system for all. ???? #HealthcareInnovation #DigitalHealth #FutureOfMedicine
