September Employee Spotlight: Howard Tolbert Starting on the paint line over 20 years ago, Howard has worked his way to being the lead on the paint line at MECO. Accomplishments at MECO: My biggest accomplishment is working here for 24 years. Best advice: Work hard, stay dedicated, stay focused, there’s always room for improvement. Next MECO milestone: To get to retirement. Why did you choose this line of work? It chose me. What do you enjoy most about your job? My fellow employees. Outside interests: Working on anything mechanical… especially cars. Favorite thing about Omaha: I enjoy the people I get to talk to in Omaha. Favorite food: Spaghetti.
