Celebrating #womeninconstructionweek by sharing about Anne, a phenomenal woman who I've known for over 30 years. I affectionately call her "Annie" and we've been through it all together - laughter, tears and everything in between. Anne is a mother first, and a paint forewoman second. She expertly handles all of our smaller jobs. You can spot her driving around town in one of our new EV vans, which she absolutely adores. What a great start to Women in Construction week! We are proud to have Cindy Valdez, one of our best forewomen, on our team. Cindy is a true inspiration for us all. In her spare time, she's studying hard to become a hairdresser, putting in countless hours of studying in English, a language that isn't her first. On top of that, she's a devoted wife and mother to two young boys. Today, Cindy surprised us with beautiful flowers to show her appreciation. Her energy and dedication are truly remarkable, and we are confident that she is going places.
