  • Join us in congratulating Kristin Shaw on her 15th anniversary at MRG! Kristin began as the voice of MRG, our 'ambassador' to the Nashville market. She knew our client base at "Hello". As MRG grew, Kristin took on more and more responsibility, coordinating events both internal and external to MRG. She became the nerve-center for every question regarding infrastructure, supplies, and events, as well as being Executive Assistant to leadership. Five years ago Kristin transitioned into accounting as a Staff Accountant. Her knowledge of MRG business systems, as well as living the MRG Mission and Vision, has helped solidify our culture in Middle Tennessee. Kristin, we appreciate everything you do and look forward to more years of success together.

  • The Department of Defense SkillBridge program is a unique initiative that connects transitioning service members with civilian employers, providing them with hands-on experience and helping them integrate their skills into new careers. Through this program, active-duty military members spend the last months of their service working in civilian roles, gaining valuable industry knowledge, and preparing for life after the military. It's an incredible resource that supports both veterans and businesses who are fortunate enough to work with them. We value our partnership with SkillBridge and are committed to honoring the dedication and skills of service members. In the last 12 months, this program has already brought four talented individuals to our team. The values they bring—discipline, integrity, and teamwork—are a perfect match with our mission, and we are grateful for the positive impact they’ve made. For us, it is not only about hiring great people but supporting those who have served our country by helping them transition smoothly into civilian life.
