Ron will focus on training and mentoring our service technicians and apprentices, building their skills and ensuring our mission for top-quality service for our customers. Having returned to MCI in 2020 after beginning his career here, Ron is no stranger to our values and culture. His deep knowledge of the industry, coupled with his natural ability to mentor, makes this new role a perfect match.
