We had such a great time at Pebble Beach Food & Wine 2025! We had a blast sharing our Linz Heritage Angus beef with some of the most talented chefs in the game and were proud to sponsor the Burgers & Barrels Happy Hour. We were proud to return for another year as the official meat purveyor of the Tampa Bay Wine & Food Festival, and it was nothing short of amazing. We kicked things off with two incredible dinners — collaborating with the talented Chef Robert Irvine, Chef Sean Brasel, and Chef Fernando Desa at Meat Market Tampa, and Chef Jon Atanacio in the Theatre Kitchen at the Epicurean Hotel. Each course was a true showcase of culinary craftsmanship (and, of course, top-tier beef). On Friday, we brought the flavor to the Chef Showdown, sponsoring Battle Burger, Battle Surf & Turf, and Battle Smokehouse. Congrats to all the chefs who won! We wrapped up the weekend at the Grand Tasting, where we connected with Tampa’s passionate foodies and served up some of the best beef in the business. We’re always grateful for the chance to support great food and great people 🥩

Earlier this month, we had the privilege of visiting our valued partners at one of their ranches in Tohoku, Japan—one of the key regions where we directly source our premium Japanese A5 BMS 10+ Wagyu. From touring the ranch to gaining deeper insights into their operations, it was an enriching experience that reinforced our shared commitment to excellence. We’re proud of this strong partnership, which enables us to deliver top-grade Wagyu straight from Japan to our customers! 🇯🇵🥩
