Take us back ??… last week we were at Dr. Michael Krop Sr High in the Tourism & Hospitality Academy! Even though we came to give our time and talents, the students and faculty gave us even more in return! It was a great day in the classroom as we taught a lesson for The Education Fund - Miami teach-a-thon! We elevated the student’s chicken breasts with Cherry BBQ sauce, while Keith Valles chopped fresh cilantro and showed students plating and garnishing techniques. Get your meat pack to a nice 41°F with some water or good old fridge time ??? ?? Find a pot, add 1-1/2 inches of water, and heat to a simmer. Patience is key! ?? ??
