Inspired by the teachings of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, We emphasize the significance of children taking a moment to reflect and connect with something greater than themselves. This practice allows children to discover inner peace, purpose, and strength. Meaningful Moment is an organization dedicated to introducing a daily minute of silent reflection to public schools. Our goal is to create a safe space for children where they can disconnect from the noise around them and engage in thoughtful contemplation. By encouraging them to reflect on ideas or values that are larger than themselves, we aim to provide them with meaning and empowerment to navigate whatever life throws their way. It is through this simple yet powerful tool that we hope to foster the resilience and passion necessary for their success in school and beyond.
