Outside of work, Diane is a proud wife of 29 years, mother of three, and grandmother to four. She loves spending time with her family, nurturing them, and yes—spoiling them a little too! When she’s not doting on her loved ones, Diane is crocheting, working on Diamond Art projects, or planning her next big adventure (especially cruises). Her dream? To hit the open road in an RV and explore all the amazing places across the U.S. We are so lucky to have Diane as part of our team—her kindness, dedication, and vibrant spirit are sure to make a lasting impact on our organization and the community we serve. ?? Exciting News! ?? We are thrilled to introduce Richard Frohbose as our new Director of Operations for the Meals on Wheels Foundation of Northern Illinois! ?? With a truly impressive background and a passion for helping older adults, Richard is ready to take our services to new heights! ?? Richard has earned five advanced degrees in the field, including a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics (M.S.), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP), Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN)! He is also bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to better serve our diverse communities. With over a decade of experience?in public health and nutrition, Richard has worked with organizations like Elevate Care Center in Chicagoland, Florida PACE Centers (Miami Jewish Health), and Clinica Santa Maria and Sodexo / Aramark in Santiago, Chile. Now, he’s bringing his expertise to oversee operations at our Meals on Wheels sites in Cook, Grundy, Kendall, and Will Counties, ensuring we continue delivering top-quality service to our community! ??
