Safety of your industrial refrigeration system during pressure tests is crucial. In the blog, Brad Sherman, PSMP discusses some essential tips to keep in mind when performing pressure tests: 1) Prepare your space - Make sure there’s a clear procedure in place that outlines the type of gas used, pressure, duration, schedule, and other key success criteria of the test. 2) Prepare your people - Verify a safety perimeter has been set up, so anyone not directly involved with the test remains a safe distance away from the perimeter. 3) Go slow - After the initial leak check, it’s common to first go to 50% of the test pressure and stop at 10% intervals. ? Stay safe and keep your systems running smoothly!??? Read "Pressure Test Safety Tips for Industrial Refrigeration Piping" https://lnkd.in/eFgRu5b5

"Thanks for always having my back." "I look up to you." "I can rely on you." "Thanks for believing in me." Did you know 65% of employees in the U.S. report not receiving any form of recognition last year? With this in mind, our traffic/ITE team recently took some time during their strategic planning session to express gratitude for one another, and these are just a few of the kind words they received. It only takes a moment to say "thank you," and in this season of gratitude, we're thankful for all of you!

Veterans think outside the box and find solutions, even in the most difficult circumstances. This Veterans Day, we're proud to serve veterans both on our team and through our project work. USACE Market Leader Craig Bryant, P.E. came to Mead & Hunt after 20 years in the Army. He finds purpose every day by finding ways to give back, both by working with federal clients on military projects and through service. During this career transition, Craig found community through our Veterans and Military Employee Resource Group. This year, the veterans group proudly donated $3,000 to the Fisher House Foundation, an organization that provides critical support to military families facing long-term health challenges. "Even though you may leave the uniform and change your appearance, you never leave your military family behind," he says. Read the full Q&A: https://lnkd.in/eZMh6kT5

Rural road safety is difficult, and one size will not fit all.
