Time is running out to register for our December Reasonable Suspicion Drug & Alcohol training! ?? DOT regulations require ALL supervisors of drivers to be trained in drug and alcohol testing rules. This MMTA in-person seminar meets all DOT training requirements! It includes all materials and covers pertinent rules such as: how to make a reasonable suspicion judgment, developing company policies, responding to positive tests, return-to-duty procedures, and SAP requirements. We continue to make progress in our recovery. Yesterday our Seagirt container terminal handled 3,677 trucks, the most since the Key Bridge incident. We also handled 32 percent more cars in September year-over-year. Ports America Maryland Motor Truck Association
