    We're Hiring!! Job Title: Senior Right-of-Way Agent (Arizona & New Mexico) Location: Arizona (with work in Cochise County, AZ & Grant County, NM) Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time. We are seeking an experienced Senior Right-of-Way Agent to manage and negotiate approximately 20 crossing agreements and permits across multiple companies and agencies in Cochise County, Arizona, and Grant County, New Mexico. This role requires an individual with strong legal and/or engineering knowledge, as well as expertise in right-of-way acquisition, permitting, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex agreements and working with municipalities, state agencies, and corporate stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Negotiation & Acquisition: Secure right-of-way agreements, crossing agreements, and permits in compliance with regulatory and project requirements. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with landowners, utility companies, municipalities, and state agencies to facilitate smooth negotiations. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all agreements adhere to applicable state and federal regulations, as well as municipal and county requirements. Project Coordination: Work closely with legal, engineering, and project management teams to align agreements with project timelines and objectives. Due Diligence & Documentation: Conduct detailed reviews of legal descriptions, land use regulations, and title reports to mitigate risks and ensure accuracy. Qualifications & Experience: Arizona Real Estate License (Required) Minimum 5+ years of experience in right-of-way acquisition, permitting, or related land development roles. Engineering and/or Legal Background is highly preferred to navigate the complexities of crossing agreements and permits. Strong understanding of Arizona and New Mexico land use regulations and permitting processes. Experience negotiating agreements with public and private entities (e.g., utilities, county agencies, municipalities). Proficiency in reading and interpreting legal descriptions, plats, easements, and title documents. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with utility infrastructure projects, pipeline projects, or transportation corridors. Familiarity with permitting processes in Cochise County, AZ, and Grant County, NM. Strong knowledge of environmental permitting considerations related to land use. Why Join Us?
