?? Our sourcing team recently had the opportunity to tag along on a fishing trip with our partners, Tilghman Island Seafood! We got to see firsthand how Blue Catfish — a highly invasive species to the Chesapeake Bay — are caught, processed, and packaged. Through LFPA grant funding provided by the USDA, we’re able to purchase this delicious, local catfish for neighbors across our state.
