Since pioneering machine-learning models for acne treatment in 2017, we’ve advanced to develop the world’s first AI-powered scalp analysis for hair regrowth. Our proprietary AI technology, built entirely in-house, analyzes blemishes, lesions, and hair conditions with unmatched precision, utilizing the largest global dataset of acne and scalp images. We’re thrilled to share that our MDhair AI-personalized hair loss treatment clinical trial has been published in the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology (JDD) — and featured on the cover! ?? This independent, peer-reviewed study highlights the effectiveness of AI-driven, customized treatments for hair loss. To our knowledge, this is the first study in the world to combine clinical expert grading, hair shedding counts, transepidermal water loss (TEWL) measurements, and SEM imaging to quantify AI-driven hair treatment results. ?? Highlights: ?? A 24-week trial involving 38 women with hair thinning utilized deep-learning image and data analysis to create personalized treatment plans. ?? Key Findings: ?? 88.9% reported overall hair improvement ?? 37% reduction in hair shedding at 12 weeks ?? 69% improvement in scalp barrier function (TEWL) ?? Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) confirmed enhanced hair texture ?? No treatment-related adverse events This research reinforces the power of AI-powered hair analysis to deliver effective, personalized, and accessible solutions for hair loss.
