A year and a half ago I took over as administrator at the second largest home health agency in Arizona. After 40 years in business It had been struggling and was rated 2.5 stars by Medicare. Since then, we have completely redesigned the entire agency and we were notified this week that we are now 4 stars by Medicare!! That puts us in the top 15% of home health agencies in Arizona by quality. And we’re still the second largest!! Amazing what my people are doing here and the care we are giving to EVERYONE in the community, not just Medicare patients!! So amazing and so much more to come!!!
